About Salomon v. Salomon & Co. Ltd case
I want to know the judgment of the House of Lords in Salomon v Salomon & Co Ltd [1897] AC 22, establishing that company is a separate legal entity, was a bad decision which should not be followed in the 21st Century?
Because Salomon's case has promoted fraud and the evasion of legal obligations by extending the benefits of incorporation to small private enterprises or the establishment that corporations are separate legal entities. I Think it is not a bad decision in my views, did you agree my views?
Thanks for your comments, because next week I will discuss to my group mates.

There's a ton of information on the internet - I'm not helping with your homework and your stating "I think it is not a bad decision" is NOT a legal conclusion so I don't think anyone is going to help you with your homework.

    Maybe I'm wrong -
