01 Toyota Camry abs, srs,cc lights all flashing
Have an 01 Camry with ABS, SRS, Cruise lights all flashing. Disconnected battery for 1 hour and reconnected-no change. Checked all fuses-OK. No aftermarket alarm. Check engine light is not on-bulb check with key first on OK.No mouse nests under hood or in blower motor. Is this a harness problem? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I would not say this is harmless. Every Toyota I have owned, 8, has a pretty hefty owners manual. Consult that or call the service guy at the local Toyota dealership, they will tell you over the phone what going on. My new Highlander book is over 600 pages look, it truly is a book.

Seems as though you have a check wire shorted. Has the pass side air bag ever been deployed?
The system is in check mode. This is the same as shorting termanals "TC" and "E1" at the data link connector. This is one of the ways we check for codes in these systems.
May guess is there's a problem in wiring behind the glove box. It's just a single wire to be chasing, but I recommend a trained technician to find the short.
This is one of those things I can't lead you through it from here.
    Good luck.

I'd agree. Many makers, Toyota included, have so much wiring and computers that they are no longer DIYers projects. I was about to connect a trailer wiring harness to my Highlander until the dealer told me I could blow my computer without their converter. $220 later I now have a SUV that can trailer. If the trailer or harness shorts out I just need a 30A fuse.
