Have a 2005 grand prix gt. Friend removed the deiod from the fuse box under the hood. Upon replaceing it the AC clutch now does not engauge. No cold air. Checked the fuses all look good. Ideas?

What "diode" did your friend remove, and why did he remove it?
Also, are you positive that the clutch isn't engaging? Or are you assuming that because there is no cold air?
PUT THE DIODE BACK IN. It completes the circuit. Come on man. The diode is there so that when the clutch disengages, the cluth coil doesn't feed/spike back through the circuit.
He already said they put the diode back in... I'm trying to figure out why they removed it in the first place
