Me and my fiancé are trying to conceive, I had my period which lasts 6,7 days on 3/5-3/10 and Im always regular getting it on the 5th, 6th or 7th of every months, and never had 2 in 1 months. Now on the 21st I noticed spotting and then a full regular period which is lasting the full 6,7 days is this implantation bleeding or orther. I have back pain, have been and have been emotional what could this be?

Wow... I had this same thing happen in September. I went to the doctors and she didn't really have an explanation... stress maybe. Mine was even accompanied by cramps. I would recommend just going to the doc and finding out. Keep us posted!

If you had a full flow the second time then it definitely isn't implantation bleeding. I agree with mafiaangel though when she said stress might have had a play in it. Thinking about wanting to be pregnant a lot can really screw with your cycle. Its best to just relax and try not to think about it so much.
