    Termination of rights
My husband of six years is now trying to take the children away and also is trying to not pay child support by giving up rights what should I do? What kinds of rights do have?

I would just try to find a good lawyer because I really do not know what all of the rights things are and everything. Good luck anyway!

I'm confused, he is trying to take the children and sign over his right? Those are completely opposite. But anyway, if you don't want him to sign over his rights then it stops right there because both parents have to agree on that to begin with not to mention all the other reasons a judge is not likely to grant it. In order to take them away he has to prove you are an unfit mother also hard to prove (unless you are REALLY bad i.e. neighbors calling child services to complain and so on). I hope that helps some but if more information is needed please clarify your question and I'm sure a lot of people will have some good advice.
