Ok, question every time I'm about to get my period my nipples start hurting! I know this is common but does anyone know of any remidys or household products I can use to help?
Nothing crazy please. (like no herbs and stuff because truthfully I'm not going out searching for them! Lol.) any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, all you can do is grin and bear it. It's normal and natural. A tight bra may help.

Thanks, but someone told me to use milk? I have not tried it yet though. Im sure there is some old wives tale or something I can use? The tight bra does not help. The fabric on my skin hurts my nipples! Im well aware that this is normal but it still SUCKS! Please help.
