This is a fungus that normally grows outdoors under trees. I have some of that in my yard. I would suggest that you take a knife and cut this away from the floor and wall as much as possible. Then take some straight bleach and bleach the area real good to disenfect the area. Do the bleach thing every week for about a month and it will not come back again ever.
