This film's plot was about a young man in love with two different women. It was causing him mental trauma. In the beginning there's a scene where he looks at a painting and thinks he is looking out the window. In another scene he hyperventilates and has to breathe into a brown paper bag. I think it was from the 70's or 80's. Any ideas?
