I don't think we have rough sex, but then maybe it is, we moved a lot and he likes it when its all in. it doesn't hurt no, but it is split quite a lot, I'm sure its just going to carrying on splitting isn't it? I'd let it heal by abstaining a few days. Just like a cut on your hand you want it to heal and not be picking at it while it does.
