well I am going to be 16 and my parents have joint custody. when can I live with my mom with out going to go see my dad. he just doesn’t treat me right and I am done. so can i leave at 16?:(

You can move out at 18 in most US states, and in a few states 17. And live where you want, Before that you have to follow court orders and live where you are ordered. If you mom wants to go back to court and try and change custody, she can do that.
