I was in F-1 OPT status from Jan 1, 2007 to June 30, 2007 (did not pay SS and Medicare taxes) but from July 1, 2007 to the end of the year 2007 I had been in H-3 status (paid SS and Medicare taxes). I am an Indian citizen and considered a Resident alien in the US for tax purposes. Could anyone please tell me what tax return forms would be appropriate for me.
