    Harbor Breeze Ceiling fan
Our light and fan work but the remote is not working to turn the fan on or the light on. We have changed the code nemerous times without any luck. Please let us know what we need to do.

Does the LED come on on the remote? Does the fan have pullchains?

You say you changed the Code, do you mean Codes. Both need to match(receiver and transmitter)

YEs, I changed the code in the remote and in the remote box in the fan. We changed the code a few times. The LED stays on as well...

Ceilingfan guy will probably answer shortly, I would guess if it stays on, It is a Low Battery or button is stuck.

Just bought this fan and a new battery had installed professionally and no one knows what's wrong with it. Should I take it back and get a new one?

If the LED stays on, a button on the remote is stuck. Try to unstick it or clean the keypad and see if that solves the problem.
