How Can I trace a gmail ID
I've been receiving e-mails from a g-mail ID. I want to get details like who does it belong to and when was the profile created. If I could trace the IP address then nothing like it.

If we thoroughly study the email header, we can get the ip of the email sender. Using his ip address, we can locate the region from where he sent that email.

Sorry to say but the header will ONLY give you details of the GMAIL server which the mail was sent from and nothing else.

The information you are trying to find is only held by Google and you will NOT get it without a court order.
That is assuming that truthful information was used when the account was opened.

Webmail is the one true way of sending messages anonymously.

Google the ID or variations. People often use the same ID multiple places. They may have a MySpace page.
