    1040nr-ez F-1 India
I am a student on F-1 from India. I filed 1040NR-EZ for my federal returns. (with article 21(2) US/India treaty I got all my federal income tax back) But I wonder if I can get my Social security and Medicare Taxes withheld back as well. Anyone would like to educate me on these? Thanks a lot.

Yes, you are exempt from FICA taxes. Now you need to file Form 843.
