Accidentally listed on settlement papers as married
My boyfriend and I bought a house together, and we are accidentally listed on the settlement papers as husband and wife. We are both on the deed as well, but it does not specify husband and wife on that document. Are there any legal ramifications for this being listed incorrectly?

Should not be, deeds merely list owners and how you own the property, by percentage, equal as a whole, and rights at the death of the other, as long as your attorney made sure that your names are listed properly on the deed the way you wanted it.

If you split up is there a written agreement as to the division of the home and property,
