I have on my arms like red little dots everywhere and my arms look red. When I'm cold it gets redder and the little dots show more I have no idea what this is but it looks weird its only at the op of my arms on both arms I doesn't hurt and it isn't sore or bumpy. Just looks like a rash on my arms I've had it a while and some other people have it but I havenever quiered it before what do you think it is? I have been told it could it be to do with bad circulation?

It could be bad circulation. You should get it checked for exactly what it is.
The best thing you can do for any type of skin problems is take flaxseed oil or omega.

Do you think it could be bad circulaion? I mean it isn't itchy or anything lots ov little red dots and when I'm cold looks like a red mark and all he little dots kind of jon together is weird. I will go get this checked out then.

It could be a number of things. There are at least 600 variations of rashes so without a doctor or dermatologist determining the exact cause it is difficult to figure it out.
Flaxseed is good for any skin problem. So start by buying some flax capsules and making an appt.
