    Violation of Hippa Law
I use to go to a Dr. and I left because I wanted a second opion and he was mad. I have also found out that he is talking to one of my coworkers about me. I know that is wrong and I want to know what I should do. He as violated the Hippa law.
    Thanks for any response.

I guess you don't have any really valid evidence that your doctor is talking about you. Someone has told you this and is this person reliable ?

The terminology you are looking for is the 'Hypocratic Oath'. If he has divulged information about you, that is what he is breaking.

What was he talking about. IF he was telling them what a bad golf player you are,?

At the mean time I was suffering from the pain and swelling and my medical doctor he gave me sometime off , the administrator of my job at the hospital where I work for did not believe that I am sick and she knew someone at the hospital where I was seen and got information of the date and why I was seen by the orthopedic physician and went tell the coworker that I am a lier because the orthopedic did not give me such time off from my work , even though she knows very well about HIPPA law is any action I could take?
