I left him cause he wouldn't change, I still love him and I always have. Now he is with someone but says he still loves me to. He says I should have to wait on him like he had to wait on me. Does he really still love me and will he take me back?

Consider the things you wanted him to change. If you couldn't live with those things then, why now? You can love someone but not be good for one another.

Does he really love you, well that's something only he would know. You can get an impression from the things he does, but beyond that its anyone's guess.

Will he take you back? Probably the only way you will know that is just ask.
