My grandparents had set up accounts where their daughters (2) lived (two separate places)the accounts were set up or,or or my grandmother had died and now my grandfather took the moneys out of the accounts and closed them up does the daughters have any rights to that money? Both separate banks were closed.. My grandmother always wanted to be shared amongest her two daughters but now he done something to that money... do the daughters have any rights to that money?

It depends on how the accounts were setup. But if he the grandfather was able to withdraw the money, then he had legal authority to. So the daughters have no legal right to the money unless grandma had a will specifying the bequests.
