I have been trying to fall pregnant for the past 7 months and nothing is happening, my partner and I have been at it regually and still get my period every passsing month.:confused:... can anyone give me any advice to help

Have you been to your doctor yet?

I would suggest setting an appt with your doctor and getting a pre-pregnancy workup. This will include bloodwork to check your hormones and make sure they are at the right levels to achieve pregnancy. They may want to have your partner tested at this point as well. Almost all doctors won't step in to help (with medications or tests) until you have been trying "naturally" for 12 months... as it can take most healthy couples that long to conceive.

There are many things at home that you can do such as ovulation tests, tracking your BBT, etc. I would also suggest getting the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It is the best fertility book ever! It teaches you do much about your body such as signs of ovulation, how to track ovulation, and other methods to increase your chances of getting pregnant. I got mine on EBay for like $10 :)

I'm in the same about but how do we get help I've been trying for about the same time an just keep getting my monthly flow it hurts so much I don't know what to do too hun
