    Violation of Probation
My boyfriend is on probation for a DUI. He violated his probation because of his lack of doing what he was suppose to be doing. He failed a drug test, didn't do his community service hours, and didn't complete his classes in the appropriate frame of time that he was given. He has been in there since Feb. 19 and has a court date on March 24th which is this coming Monday. His probation officer told me that there is a 99.9% chance that he will be released on this day, but his lawyer is saying that she doesn't think that him being released on Monday is going to happen. Can anybody tell me how long you think they are going to give him? I want him out ASAP! He had I think 5 more months of probation and he has been in there for almost 35 days!

Only the judge can decide his fate. If the attorney said things don't look good, believe her as she would have more info on this case. As far as how long? Who knows? Only the judge knows and he's not going to say anything until the hearing.

It can get up to the tiime on the original sentence. Or put back on a higher level of probation
