How do I attach a lien for back pay in child support?
I was trying to find some info on how to attach a lien to the non-custodial parent . There was a judgment issued in November of 2007.

What type of judement did you receive? Was it a support order for monthly support or was it for something else? If it was for monthly and it hasn't been being paid then you will have to go back for a judgment of arrears.

Depending on what state your in you either can work with your local agency and they will file papers for you ( CSS -- Child Support Services ) or you may need to get a lawyer to find out your local laws as to what you can and can not file a lien on. Usually it means going to the county records and recording the judgement on a title of a home etc. Again you ned a lawyer to tell you what's legal in your area before you attempt it on your own.
