My laptop was theft last Friday can anybody tell me how to track or block it ?

If you had a tracking device on the laptop, it would be possible. But unfortunately it is almost impossible to track the laptop

The only way it can be tracked is if you have a tracking device installed. If you had such a device installed, you should have instructions for using it.

If your laptop had a tracking device it would have been possible... I am not so sure but I have heard that like the way if your mobile gets stolen with the original box a number comes with it so whenever someone switches it on it gets recorded into the hardware and when he puts a SIM in it it can be tracked... I think it might be possible for laptops too... just find out more about it..
