How do I remove a judgment against my name? I have a letter from the Company stating that I have settled the account. However the judgement still appears on my credit report.

Go to your courthouse and obtain a copy of the satisfaction of judgment form that should be on file.

Get a notarized copy, and forward to the credit bureaus.

This will only show as a "satisfied judgment". It will not make it go away, that won't happen for about 7 years from the last date it was reported.
