I want to live w/my dad and not my mom anymore what should I do!

You get your dad to file a petition in court to change the custody arrangement.

What does your mom say, have you asked her. If she will agree, she may just let you go live with your dad, esp if it is close.
But if not, your dad will have to file in court for custody.
