So I use to be on birth control, but I stopped using it and just started having my boyfriend use condoms. Well just 2 weeks ago we had unprotected sex. Now I can't stop freaking out. My period was suppose to start on Monday (3/16/08) and it hasn't started yet. I am so worried that I might be pregnant or it could just be that my period is starting late too but I'm not sure. I have headaches every morning, back pains, just this morning I start feeling nauseas, my stomach looks and feels bloated all day, I have cramps, and I feel stressed a lot, just about all day, and I urinate frequently, and I have loose bowel movements. I really don't know what to do or what's going on with my body... help?

Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? If so, you may want to do that to get started, Just make sure you use your first urine of the day for the most accuracy.

No I didn't do one yet... I was thinking that maybe it would start soon. Can stress cause a later period?

It can but if I was you I would test to be sure when I found out I was pregnant it felt like I was going to start but my husband insisted that I test and think god he did because now I am almost 30 weeks pregnant so good luck I think you should test to be sure
