It depends on how much you took, your body size, weight, personal metabolism, a number of things. If you are taking vicodin and must be drug tested, simply take in your prescription and they will take note of it, and if you are not prescribed Vicodin, but yet, are taking it, you are committing a serious crime, and not being responsible with your health. Your doctor would be able to answer that question for you though, if you call in with your prescription.
