Hello, I dye and cut my hair as often as it lets me, I died my hair black 2 weeks ago and the dye is still bleeding and it seems to have damaged the top 2 layers of my hair and under neath where it was bleached blond. Help what to do now? Thank you.

I understand that you have bleached blonde hair. If you're hair is over-processed or damaged, it will loose it's the ability to hold hair color and bleed. When hair looses it's ability to hold pigment, you will need to use a protein color to seal the color into your hair shaft. Once you apply the color filler, let it set for 15-20 minutes and then apply the desired hair color as normal. They have different shades of color fillers at a Beauty supply store, including black. I also recommend doing some deep conditioning treat to combat the damage in your hair and give it a healthy appearance.
