Does anyone know how many Chaper 13 payments can be missed in TN. Before action is taken??

You should be contacted after the first is missed, but after two are missed the trustee will be wanting to know how you are going to make these up.

If you can't make the payments, you will need to look at the budget and admend your filing if needed. But you need to be talking to your attorney NOW before you miss the first payment to have him in contact with the court.

If you don't, they can dismiss your case and not allow you to refile for a period.
