    Color Zap
    Hi there,
I recently coloured my hair ash brown with a few blonde tints through it, but I was not happy so my hairdresser re coloured it with a brown semi perm with a small amount of bleach high lights, the brown came out bright red! So I went to the hairdressers the day after and they put another semi ash brown over it and kept my bleach high lights, but it still looks red/plum and is way to dark now.

What can I do? Can I use the color zap? Will it be OK with the small amount of bleach?
I would like to have a natural brown, but no red!

    Thanks

The brown hair color that your hair stylist used may have contained a red base, resulting in a red tinge. What you should do is go back to your hair stylist and have him/her do a corrective color. If you want a natural brown color, tell your hair stylist to use a neutral base hair color. Neutral colors will prevent red/purple tones in your hair and bring you closer to a brown shade.
