After the delivery of my first child the placenta did not come out and they gave me a D&C. Two weeks later I was in excruciating pain so I went to the ER only to find out I still had placenta left in me so I had another emergency D&C. It's been 6 weeks since the last D&C. I'm still experiencing bleeding & cramps although I am breast-feeding, but I do not know if this is normal. Is the bleeding & cramps normal after 8 weeks?

The bleeding will take awhile your body will still be recovering from the D&C that was 2weeks ago so your body will still be bleeding for awhile I was bleeding for agood while after both my kids every woman does and some longer that others.if you are worried go to your doctor please
