I now need to know how to answer question no. 10-Taxable refunds, credits, or offsets of state and local income taxes if my wages for 2005 is $35,179.65. If you itemized in 2004 and got a state tax refund, that refund is taxable income because you claimed the taxes withheld in 2004 as an itemized tax return.

If you did not itemize in 2004, then this line should be left blank.
