I am looking for a red tube very flexible and high heat resistant which is not available anywhere in my New York (rockland county) area. This tube allows the regulation of the thermostat efficiency.

I have never heard of a tube that regulates the thermostat efficiency. Post picture if possible.

The rubber tube is connected from the fasco pump motor #7021 7713 to a vacuum

That part number is 1003687 which is the 24 inch long 1/8 inch pressure switch rubber tube... it is available at a ICP ( Heil / Tempstar ) wholesale house... check your area phone book. If not go to an auto supply house and get some 1/8 inch windshield washer tubing for a car... that will also work until you get the proper tubing.
