Dog isn't active at all and won't drink water
We just got an 8 week old puppy today.

She is of an unknown breed.

Our problem is that since we have gotten her, first thing we noticed was that she was infested with fleas and flea eggs, so we bathed her in flea treatment and also gave her a flea collar. We also pulled two ticks off her.

With that being sad, she seems to either be sick or lazy. All she has been doing all day today is laying under the chair sleeping and isn't that active. She hasn't peed nor pooped all day, but she does eat food, she just won't drink water.

Does anyone know what is wrong with her? Like I said she had a bad flea infestation when we got her and she also had ticks, She will eat food but not drink water and she is not active at all. All she does is lay there all day long, and she has been whining a lot today.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME and tell me what we need to do or at least something to try?

You need to take her to the vet asap. My cat had kittens and they were infested with fleas and I shampooed them but they were so bad off they got weak and died. The fleas had sucked the life right out of them and shut down their organs. The vet should be able to give her some medicine or something.
Plus ALL the fleas don't get killed off right away and keep multiplying and you can not just keep doing flea baths.
Vet is the way to go especially at that young age.

Thanks for the reply. We are unable to take her to the vet due to it being so costly, so we consulted a family friend who has a lot of animals and we offered the dog to her and she agreed to take her. When we took Bella (the dog) over to the persons house, she told us that she was sick. She had a fever, and the fleas had eaten all into her because she had scars and scabs all over her skin, so the family friend said she would take her to the vet this morning and start treatment for her, so thank you for the reply, and we were lucky to have had someone willing to take her that we knew would take care of the animals.

That is sad but I hope the best for her.
Bella must be a popular dog name now because 5 of my friends that do not even know each other, they all live over 10 -20 miles apart all named their dog Bella. I go to their house and say, "oh you got a dog. What is its name?" They all said BELLA.

For future reference. Many Petsmarts have a vet clinic that is rather inexpensive, but I think they are only there a few days a month.
