I have a fellony on my record. I want to go on a cruse. Can I get a passport if I have permission to leave from my probation officer?

A passport is a form of ID, you can get a passport, but what you need to find out is if you need a visa to enter various nations from that nation, there is where the issues are for felons.

And yes you will have to have PO permission to travel outside your state and/or your nation.

I thought your wife was in a detention center. Why would you want to go on a cruise without her?

Don't read into that so far. I am asking as If I were her because some friends want to take us on a cruise when she gets home.
