Can I claim 21 year old living at home not working or going to school
Can I claim my 21 year old as a dependent if he is not going to school full time or working? I do provide over half his income and provide for his living expenses?

You can claim your son only if he has less than $3,400 income AND you provided at least half his financial support. If he has more than $3,400 income then he must file on his own. I am assuming that your son is not disabled.
