I was falsely accused of theft at a shop in a Malaysian mall,security approached me and asked to search me on supposed theft, the accuser was not certain if it was me but she assumed so, by the way I am black, I was then searched and have suffered trauma from this as this was my first time being accused of theft in my life and being escorted up and down a shopping mall by security, can I place a lawsuit and what for exactly?

This must have made you feel targeted not only for theft but for your ethnicity, they obviously had no proof it was you and if they had have they would have had to match you to security camera pitures. I would go to citizens advice and find out your rights, hope all goes OK
