I have a judgment but I don't think she has a job, but she does get wellfare. I have her SS # what can I do?:mad: :mad: :mad:

You absolutely cannot use her Social Security number to gain access to any information or funds, or anything whatsoever without her express consent, that is 100% illegal.


If she has funds going into a bank account, those are subject to garnishments.

You wait till she gets a job, try and find her bank accounts, for a fee a lot of that may be available online without her SS from various paid sites.
