    Divorce inheritanc law in California
During my marriage I inherited stocks after the death of my mother.these were rolled into mutual funds.after this point I made my wife co-owner and along with my children as beneficiaries.I have never used this money.will any or all of this be considered community property?

I would think so, as it was inherited during the marriage, and California is a community property state.
