I need to simplify this problem and the answer should only have sines and cosines, I have been working on it a long time and I can't get it... any help?

(sinx)(tanx+cotx) its solved using identities.

What are you supposed to do with it?

$sin(x)(tan(x)+cot(x)$

$sin(x)tan(x)+sin(x)cot(x)$

$\frac{sin^{2}(x)}{cos(x)}+cos(x)$

$\frac{\overbrace{sin^{2}(x)+cos^{2}(x)}^{\text{equ als 1}}}{cos(x)}$

$\frac{1}{cos(x)}=sec(x)$
