How to be exempt from FICA and FWHS!
Hi, I have just started my OPT on January and I have been working on 2 jobs, and I would like to know how can I be exempt from FICA, Medicare and FWHS taxes.
What forms should I fill out? And give to my employers!

And one more thing, I worked on campus for a year under F-1 status, could I fill out for a refund during the year that I worked on campus?

    Thanks!

If BOTH jobs are part of your OPT, then you are exempt from FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes.

Not sure what FWHS taxes are.

You should be exempt from FICA taxes for the campus job as well.
