    How to borrow money
I want to borrow money form someone , of course I have to do through a lawyer, right?
Any way, when signing the papers I don't want this person to know my age, does the age has to be there on the paper? What info has to be there to be a good legal document that would give him assurance that I will pay him back on time to agree to lend me the money?

You do not need a lawyer. You can purchase a blank promissory note at most stationery stores. Your age does not have to be listed, but you do have to be an adult to enter into a legal contract. If you lie about being an adult the contract can be voided.

Well, there is one fact to consider here that you do not mention. There has been many, and will be many more, friendships ruined due to a loan and either not being paid back as agreed, or not being paid back at all. So why not just go to the bank for the loan?

Well, if I could I would and not ask my q. here.
I was defrauded and it will take time to repair, and now it is a police case, and I need the money now and I can not wait till the police fix it for me.

Please don't start multiple threads for the same question. I moved your original post to Credit where it belongs and now merged the two threads.

Its good that you want to protect the lender by signing a note. By doing so, you make it more official. But if you default, don't expect him not to use the note to sue you.

You have to be 18 to borrow money, younger than that you can not legally borrow the money. The person who plans on letting you have the money will want most likely all sort of information form you, on a application for the loan, to include drivers license number, sociail security number and of course your age.

The lender will require what ever paper work they require, normally a contract with all the terms and conditions of repayment

Ok, it appears you are either very very young, not from the county you are in, or have no idea how the legal system works.

We have people here form doznes of countries, so

    1. what county are you from, US, France, Canada, Mexico, Iran??

    2. how were you defrauded

    3. why do you need to borrrow money

    4. is this a friend, family member, loan shark,? Who do you plan on borrowing the money from

    5. how much do you plan on borrowing.

    6. the fact you were defrauded, usless this was one of those check cashing scams and you owe the back 1000's you can borrow from the back depending on your credit.

You have not provided proper or enough info.

*** and yes, you have asked this question several times and then on forum helps asked why you are not getting the answer you want.

Well, my ex used up all my credits cards for $25,000 and I can not pay that amount and I am not the one who ran it, and the police is handling it now, it will be clear in the next 2 months, but I need to get the loan now, to have this teeth and jaw surgery done and it is not covered by the Ontario health insurance, I live in Canada,
And any thing with teeth is not covered any more, it was but not any more, I have headaches are killing me and it affecting my life so bad and I just need to get it done and pay the friend in 2 months

Ok, assuming you are an adult, go and get yourself a promissory note and fill it out.
