I suspect my wife is cheating on me she's away now, and I would like to know how to get the cell phone bill if my name is not on the account but I have a added line on her cell plan. Somebody please help me?

Contact your cell phone provider and see if your listed on the account. If not call her on her cell phone and you using a land line and ask her to contact them because you are having cell phone problems that you need to get fixed. She will then call the cell phone provider and tell them to add you. Then you can call them and ask for the information. I hope it works for you.
