I have 2 very small bumps on the base of my penis... they resemble blood blisters and are very small. They don't itch or hurt they are just there. Any knowledge of what they can be?

They can be just small irritations due to weather changes, diet, stress, new underwear or just burst blood vessels due to trauma or at times excessive masturbation.

Have you recently had unprotected sex? There's a chance that it can be blood papules due to syphilis... but I would go with burst blood vessels first.

Wait a few days (avoid sex during this time... ) if it doesn't go away, go see a doc.

As always, practice safe sex + get checked regularly.
