    Am I wanting too much?
I was with my ex boyfriend for 7 months, in love and even started talking marriage. I don't have a job and his job has been off and on lately which was a very good paying job, we live about 25 min. apart, only he has a vehicle though. His truck got 20 miles per gallon we're only about 32 miles apart so I can't say it was just cause the gas. I rarely made it into town so it pretty much left how often we saw each other completely up to him. He only came to see me once a month and he would only spend about an hour with me, plus we would only talk about 2 or 3 times a week. So am I wrong for wanting more from him? And if you were in this same situation how often would you see your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Its too much to ask and talk about a marriage at 7mths well maybe how old are you and I personally wouldn't do that so early in a relationship that is just the fuzzys talking still.. you know sometimes a guy will say anything yes talk even about marriage just to get a little sex. And marriage come on no jobs bad cars won't work. Okay maybe you didn't live to far but he obvously didn't care enough to come see you or call you as you did him so sorry your not the one for him find someone who can give you the things you want he doesn't want to give it.. be thankful he showed you this side of him now and not later.. move on

No,it's not wrong that you wish for more,to spend more time together.if I were in your situation ,id' freak at him for being such an obvious bastard that he'd come see me only once a month for just one hour... come oon
If I were in your situation I would do anything and try my best to have possibilities to see him more often, and expect him to feel and act the same.and you don't need to get married for this.after all it's been 7 months
And I would talk to him.
Tell him how you feel.it's totally understandable
    Take care

Seven months being in a long distance relationship, and making no plans to close the gap, Not good, and even less of a chance for marriage. You wrote this, and then posted another question about breaking up. If you two haven't gotten closer by now, I doubt if you will. Half an hour down the road isn't that much, if one, or both really cared enough. I go further than that for a burger sometimes.

As time goes on you will want to be with him every day.
    If you love him.

With chat on computers, cell phones with no long distance there is no reason the two of you can't communicate every day, So both of you need to get and find jobs and be able to have the ability to have a more first hand relastionship ( in person)
