    Parental rights
If I give up my parental rights to a child that is mine but have never met and cannot see, do I have to pay child support?

    Yes.
You can contest it with a paternity test IF you think there is a chance it is not yours

It all depends on what state you live in. You do need to know though that you can't just give up your rights the mother has to agree to it as well and the court makes it hard because they want to know that the kid will be supported. However, if you are do have your rights signed over it totally depends on where you live only five states (if I remember correctly) do not make you pay afterward Indiana and Texas are the only one's I remember off hand.
