I have a hole maybe one millimeter in diamater
It goes down quite far
I can't see all the way in
But it is clean inside
Its just a hollow area
But it looks like a fresh wound
I just ate a snickers and I felt some pain
So I looked in the mirror
It looks like a worm burrowed down into my cheek or gum
It doesn't hurt much at all
But its kind of concerning to see a big hole in your gum
Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Is the hole in the gum or in the tooth?

Sorry, after re-reading your question I see it's in the gum. Have you had your wisdom teeth removed? It could be the wisdom tooth starting to come in.
