How do I view the history on my computer that has been deleted, so I can keep track of what websites were looked at, and at what time?

Does the word deleted not mean something to you??

Im just learning how to use a computer and want to keep track of the web sites visited during the day while I'm at work. Its always erase and I want to monitor what the kids are looking at
