Child Tax Credit for children under L2

I am under L1 visa since feb 2007. My wife has a SSN. My kids are 11 and 9, and they don't have SSN. They are in US under L2 visa.

I will submit w7 forms for my children together with 1040A.

1 - Can I check column 6c? Are my children eligible for "Child tax return? "

Yes based on my discussions with the tax consultant you are eligible to get the child tax credit .
