    Ford power windows
I have a 2005 F150 pickup with power windows. The problem is that some times they work and other times they do not. Either all of them work, or none of them work. It is almost as if opening the door and closing it effects the functioning of the windows. Where do I start to find and fix the problem?

Remove the power window master switch (Driver's door switch) and look for corrosion.
Verify power and ground going to that switch and double check with first one door open then the other. Sometimes, wires leading to and from the doors will eventually break due to repeated flexing at the door boot ( the boot that connects the door to the vehicle)
You should also look for signs of corrosion and/or water intrusion.
